Importance of AI bots

The use of AI custom knowledge bots for companies is the next step in the applied use of artificial intelligence. AI custom knowledge bots reproduce information in natural language form, just as we know it from ChatGPT. However, you only access the knowledge you have trained. This gives companies full control over the knowledge base on which the answers are formulated.

Product description

Tyl-Bot® is an AI custom knowledge bot that works similarly to ChatGPT, but only accesses the knowledge it has been trained. Tyl-Bot uses the company's knowledge base.
Tyl-Bot is as easy to use as a search engine: you ask a question in the text field, Tyl-Bot returns the answer.
We use the information you provide in the form of PDF documents to train Tyl-Bot. This allows documents from different applications to be used for training.

Features and functions

  • Quality-assured answers: All trained documents go through an intensive quality assurance process. This ensures that the answers provided match the contents of the source documents.
  • Display of source documents: At the push of a button, the documents in which the answers were found are displayed (Ground truth). The highlight function marks the exact location of the relevant content.
  • Individual features: We provide you with exactly the functionality you need. We integrate Tyl-Bot into your environment.

Usage

  1. Ask a question in the ACME Power Module text box based on the document and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
  2. -> The answer found, based on the PDF, is output in natural language.
  3. Click the “Show Source Document” button that appears.
  4. -> The source document is displayed.
