Business Purpose
NAMUR is the interest group for automation technology in the process industry.
NAMUR has various working groups formed from experts from member companies. The experts develop NAMUR recommendations (NE) and NAMUR worksheets (NA). The office publishes these NENAs.
Number of employees
Over 180 member companies, including well-known companies such as Bayer, BASF and Böhringer Ingelheim, with several thousand users.
Solution
Situation before
The NENAs are available to member companies as a PDF download.
Situation after
Employees of member companies can access the information in all NENA via Tyl-Bot®.
Implemented solution
We integrated Tyl-Bot® as a web UI and adapted it to the design of NAMUR. There is a text field for the question and an answer area.
Due to the document structure and content, purely mechanical processing was not possible. We therefore used an automatic and manual approach to convert all content pages into a form that could be used for AI training.
